snuggled up in cognac

Knit Cardigan: Marshalls; Top: Hallhuber; Scarf: Zara; Jeans and Boots: H&M; Hat: TK Maxx, Belt: C&A

A comfy long knit cardigan is such a fall staple to keep warm and do some layering. Neutrals belong to my fall wardrobe as amen in the church. I was playing with different brown hues and added my white destroyed jeans to add some crispness. The burgundy lipstick isthe ideal accessory for some splash of color. I tend to wear that lipcolor alot around that season

Have a great start in the week!
NOTE: Don't forget to join our link up on statement necklaces on December 1st. I will do a give away on a beautiful necklace.

Romwomen coat + firmoo sunglasses

Coat: Romwomen (c/o); Dress: Asos; Sunglasses: Firmoo (c/o); Boots: Nine West; Clutch: Hugo Boss (c/o thanks to Weber Parfümerie , Necklace: The jewelry lady here

If you are looking for a classic elegant style, opt for this super gorgeous Romwomen coat. I am amazed by this ultra chic striped design and streamlined silhouette. The peter pan collar add up to a darling look and I really like the retro, feminine soft and romantic vibe it distributes to the rest of this ensemble. There is this, this this and this one on my coat wishlist. Romwomen offers a variety of stylish inexpensive items, that you shouldn't miss out.

Another beautiful dress I purchased recently is this closet dress that has a host of stylish details as this floral print the pockets (which woman doesn't appreciate pockets in a dress?) and the crew neckline. Simply beautiful and it blends in perfectly with this flirty coat. Not to mention my obsession with statement necklace that is a permanent part of my wardrobe.

As a permanent sunglasses and glasses strap, I was so excited to pick out this burgundy sunglasses from Firmoo to add to my collection. I haven't had any design in that shape nor color. I love how navy blue and burgundy make such a great statement fall combo. Just recently I bought my second pair of every day glasses and I can totally recommend the great inexpensive designs and fit of their collection. If you are looking for glasses right now, make sure to check out their homepage: Firmoo is offering a 30$ vouche to their classic series eyeglasses to 5 of my readers that I will pick randomly, so let me know who is interested, ok? Also, who is interested in any kind of cooperation with firmoo, click here.

PS: My friend Elena from Dc in style and I are hosting a link up on statement necklaces on December 1st. I will in addition make a giveaway, that Tonya from the jewelry lady was so kind to gift to my readers . So make sure to join us in less then 3 weeks :-)

Cape + Cap

Cape: Marshalls similar; Hat: Footlocker similar; Dress: Asos; Gloves: Görtz similar; Necklace and boots old but similar; Zara, Bag: Vintage, Tights: Wolford

I lived nearly for a year in Budapest back in 2009 for my foreign semester and internship, hands down, one of the most charismatic cities I have ever visited. It has -among other  beautiful spots- an island "Margaretha Island" that is surrounded by the danube river, and the perfect place to make romantic picknicks,  relax and do some jogging. I bought this cap to do some work out on this island because I have pretty sensitive eyes and can't stand sunglasses while running. Long story short, that cap never felt any of my sweat and first was used this fall :-). Even with gym clothes I set great value on fashionability. This houndstooth pattern cap blends in pefectly with my new favorite key fall piece, a cape, such an essential item to put over for not too chilly days. The stones and flower  necklace and the leather gloves serve as the perfect finishing touch to this mixed style ensemble.
Isn't this forest with its changing colorful leaves so beautiful? It's only like 5 walking minutes away from my house, *lalalalaloooove it*

Trendsetter link up on Midi skirts

Skirt: Asos; Jacket: Zara; Heels: Nine West, Belt: Asos, Sunnies: Espirt. Bag: Chanel

Midi skirts are such trendsetters for this season and I couldn't admire this elegant feminine style more. When I saw women wearing those midies in the late summer, I always thought they are not made for me and would cut off my legs as I am only 5.5 and only flatter on tall women. As with every Fashion trends the secrete really lies in finding the piece that fits your body best according to fabrics, cuts and Patterns. So don't be encouraged when you tried one on and it didn't work for you.
My black faux leather guipure lace jacket makes the perfect match to this neoprene cobalt skirt. The Leopard print in my belt and heels adds enough interest to this look. I did good, incorporating 3 of my favorite Trends in one look- midi skirt, faux leather and Leopard print.

Cropped shirt with leather skirt under 75$

Skirt: H&M similar here; Shirt: Zara similar here; Heels: Zara, Bag: Asos

I had no idea how versatile this pleated faux leather skirt was when I purchased it last year on sale for 10€. I already had multiple use out of it since then and styled it more girly here, gothic here, girly edgy here and elegant with another leather skirt here. Doesn't matter if I styled it up or down, I always feel modern and slightly edgy. This time I opted for a cropped shirt that I got on summer sale from Zara as well. As I am not in my early 20's anymore, I am glad it had a black tank top integrated with it, so you can't see my stomach sticking out it, hehe. I even took my piercing out years ago because of that reason.

I kept  the black and white color scheme to reach a sophisticated yet polished look. For a more vintage vibe, I added this laced collar that I found in my mom's closet. The gold accents on those plateau pumps totally emphasize that effect. I have no cropped Shirts in my closet, I was super pumped by the different shape of it, the kimono arms totally nail it!

Grunge look + new hair cut

Skirt: H&M; Vest + Boots: Marshalls; checked Shirt: TK Maxx Bielefeld; Jacket: Orsay

Once in a while I need some changes. Last year I colored my hair Brown, see here, this time I went for a bob. I actually wanted to have a long sleek bob like Gwyneth Paltrow but my hair was so strongly layered in the front part, that it needs to grow into that length. Yeah it's different, I need to get used to it but what I am already loving is the quick hair wash and blow dry :-)

Another unexpected hing is this grungy look I am wearing today. Usually I tend to grab for more classic chic pieces just because of my professional background. Fashion is all about playing around with different styles and getting out of your comfort Zone, so I jumped on the plaid grungy wagon, a huge trend right now. I had all those pieces in my closet already.
A look wouldn't be pinkish without mesh tights and fishnet gloves/gauntlets. As I don't wear those gloves in my every day life, I did a spontaneous diy project by transforming my fishnet leggings into those gauntlets by just tearing a whole in the "between leg area". Et voila, a checked grunge look was born. My favourite Marshalls vest kept me warm and added preppiness to this street style look.
